GM hasn't sold this car for 47 years & they get nothing from a 2 million dollar sale at an auction - so how could this hurt them?

So all the other replicars and kit cars are illegal too? How about all the models from the 70's, 80's, 90's and today looking like other makes?

Is GM reproducing the 63 vette for people? No. They must feel that this company will take away a few potential buyers from them. Maybe they should make a better corvette then. Government motors has alot more to worry about than this. They need to get thier behinds out of a sling and start paying back American taxpayers, not spend money on lawyers and ridiculous lawsuits.

They should have licensed it from GM like other companies have done with their replicas. At least, they should have altered the design and chosen their words describing the car more carefully.

If the vehicle is being sold as a replica and is pretty much labeled as such, I don't think Guvmint Motas has a chance in court.

Depends upon how far the replica has gone in modeling (should at least change the side panel label say replica).
