Wow, another milestone has arrived! : ) For most GBs (8M plus) they don't seem to have the dedication or the persistence it takes to come back and post gas prices each day for other GBs! Or they just run out of gas! :( Hang onto your speed lines, it only takes one day to lose them! I'm sure you know! But, even clicking on news articles links, which are the easiest points here on GasBuddy, when you can't or didn't post gas prices before midnight will save your consecutive days! : ) WARNING! Every day GBs lose their consecutive days, many with big numbers, the #1 reason, "oops, I just forgot!" :( If you ever lose your consecutive days; that is NO FAULT of your own, please contact the mods! The only way "zipcar" would work in a rural community would be to pool resources, to let everyone know that yours (or someone elses) car would be available for "service" Charge a nominal fee, and everyone saves in the long run. Rural communities are almost like extended families who would band together and help each other out. No reason why it wouldn't work.
