Our Closest Windfarm is in Weatherford, as far as I know. It is owned by either PSO or WFEC, not connected to OG&E. There are many others out that way as well.

Yes I have. NY is having a real problem with pollution of ground water. All the easy oil in the US is gone.

We have the same oil sands that run through the midwest from Oklahoma to Minnesota. The same open pit mining could happen here. These people with their "drill here, drill now" mentality have not done the homework. Besides the ecological risks the costs of deep water drilling and drilling in far north Alaska would drive the price of gasoline up to at least $5 to make it profitable.

Go Sooners! I was up at my office for a while yesterday, but tivoed the Tide-MS State game and watched it yesterday evening. The team played well on both sides of the ball. They seem to be very focused on getting the job done. UTChattanooga next Satuurday. Who do the Sooners play?
